addison house is perfectly located just 5 minutes from the train station. it offers great value compared to central london. the room was small, but decorated nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable. the staff was communicative and met me right on arrival, making check-in easy.

Rooms are on the compact side, making them feel cramped, particularly with furniture placed awkwardly against doors. Noise from neighboring rooms and outside nightlife can disrupt a good night's sleep, especially late into the night. the absence of cooked breakfast options and limited toiletries may not satisfy everyone's expectations.

Not much in the way of dining—just basic stuff. Staff were super friendly, though! Just don’t expect too much with the breakfast options.
